Authorization errors
In case of an authorization error, the standard OAuth2 parameters error and error_description are added to the query component of the redirection URI.
The most common values for the error parameter:
-
invalid_request— The request is missing a required parameter or is malformed. -
invalid_client— The client-ID is unknown. -
server_error— The authorization server (eID Hub) encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. One possible reason is that the upstream provider is having problems. If you get this error, retry the request. If the error persists, contact Scrive to report the issue. -
access_denied— The authorization server (eID Hub) denied the request. This is likely due to a failed user login. One of the usual causes is that the user has cancelled the process. -
invalid_state— The state parameter is missing or invalid. Ensure that the state parameter is set and is at least 8 characters long.
